Alexander Farnham
Farnham is well known for his oil paintings of the Delaware River Valley, and along the New England Coast. His Studio is in Hunterdon County. He has won many awards in juried and invitational exhibitions. Farnham studied with Anne Steele Marsh and Van Dearing Perrine at Buxton Country Day School then later at the Art Students League with George Bridgeman, William C. McNulty and Frank Vincent Dumond He has exhibited at the National Academy of Design, New Jersey State Museum, Smithsonian Institution and the Philadelphia Art Alliance, among a few. Alexander has been an avid collector of old Farm and industrial tools and has written books on the subject. He has also writen a book titled "Architectural Patterns, subjects for the Artist's Brush"
